Request Account Deletion
If you no longer want to use Kaivalya, you can request deletion of your Kaivalya account and associated data using the form below.
Once your account and access credentials are deleted, active session tokens will be permanently invalidated. You will no longer be able to log in or sync progress using these account credentials.
What data is deleted?
When an account deletion request is verified and executed, the following items are deleted or permanently revoked:
- Active Sanctum authentication tokens
- Account login credentials & session authorization
- Mobile app synchronization access
- Active account profile state
Data that may be retained
In accordance with our backend architecture, certain records remain soft-deleted in backend database storage:
Retained Items & Purpose:
- Account Metadata & Unique Username Record: Preserved in a soft-deleted state to prevent username spoofing, account takeover, or unauthorized re-registration using deleted usernames.
- Historical Journey Logs: Sankalp logs, streak metrics, and relapse records associated with database identifiers are soft-deleted for database relationship integrity and system audit logs.
- Security & Abuse Prevention: Technical server activity logs and rate-limiting metadata are retained for security auditing and fraud prevention.
Deletion Processing Time
Account access revocation and authentication token deletion take effect immediately upon successful credential verification. An automated notification email is simultaneously dispatched to administrative support.
